Use the manual for 30 days. If it hasn’t shown you how to earn back what you paid, or for any reason at all, email us and you get every penny back. No reason needed. No questions asked.

How to ask for your refund

Send a short email to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. Write from the email address you paid with, or simply reply to your receipt email. “Please refund my order” is enough.

What happens next

We reply to confirm, usually within two business days.
The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through our checkout provider, Fungies.
Your bank usually shows the money within 5 to 10 business days.
You don’t need to send anything back or explain why.

Trouble with your download?

That isn’t limited to 30 days. If a file won’t open, a link has stopped working or you can’t find your email, write to [email protected] at any time and we’ll send your files again.
